Chris offers Conflict Coaching to business owners and managers through face to face meetings, weekly calls, and digital commu-nication. Mediation is available to executive staff one-on-one or for whole teams, managers, or managers and employees either on a half day or whole day basis.
A more extensive three month process integrates on-site visits two days per month in an Ombudsman or Mediator role that includes follow-up calls and emails. As an Internal Ombudsman, Chris assesses team dysfunction and designs a conflict manage-ment system in a three to six month process. Custom packages are easily designed to meet your specific needs.
